    Listed Below are a few reasons to call the nurse to see if your child should be seen by the doctor.

  • Fever for more than three days, or immediately if less than two months of age (temperature greater or equal to 99.5)
  • Cold lasting longer than 10 days wihtout improvment
  • Any trouble breathing not relieved by clearing nose
  • No urine in eight hours - especially when associated with vomiting and diarrhea
  • Child develops hives on antibiotic
  • Diarrhea for over a week or immediately if stool is bloody
  • If child complains of pain in ears
  • Head injury associated with loss of consciousness or vomiting
  • Stiff neck associated with fever/illness
  • Difficulty Swallowing associated with drooling
  • Lower, right-sided abdominal pain
