Listed Below are a few reasons to call the nurse to see
if your child should be seen by the doctor.
Fever for more than
three days, or immediately
if less than two months of age (temperature greater or equal to 99.5)
Cold lasting longer than 10 days wihtout improvment
Any trouble breathing not relieved by
clearing nose
No urine in eight hours - especially when
associated with vomiting and diarrhea
Child develops hives on antibiotic
Diarrhea for over a week or immediately if
stool is bloody
If child complains of pain in ears
Head injury associated with loss of
consciousness or vomiting
Stiff neck associated with fever/illness
Difficulty Swallowing associated with
drooling
Lower, right-sided abdominal pain
